Notify us promptly
Most policies require you to notify your broker or insurer within 30 days of an incident. Prompt notification helps protect your claim and speeds up the process. When in doubt, contact us immediately.
What to do
- Contact Rock Risk as soon as possible after the incident
- Do not admit liability or settle with third parties without consulting us
- Take photos and gather all relevant documentation
- Complete the insurer's claim form (forms vary by insurer)
- Keep copies of everything you submit
